Blackdown Hills Foods website

Our service is convenient and enjoyable.  Do phone to discuss your preferences.

Our beef and lamb is simply delicious.  Little Pirzwell Natural Meats come from a small farm beside the Blackdown Hills where livestock have been farmed since at least the eleventh century.  We are dedicated to providing wholesome, tender and tasty food that is naturally reared.

Our beef is all from Red Ruby Devon cattle, reared slowly, fed naturally, and hung properly.  Our Beef Box offers a mouth-watering selection of joints, steaks casserole cuts and mince, weighs 13kgs, and is ready for your freezer.

Our lambs are all Suffolk or Dorset Xs and Jacobs, slowly grown on natural feeds and also hung properly.  Lamb Boxes all contain either a half or whole lamb, with whole lamb weights ranging from 13kgs to 25kgs.

All our meats are prepared to our instruction by a skilled traditional butcher locally.  We can modify cuts in Beef and Lamb Boxes to suit your requirements, wherever possible.
