Would
you like to become an affiliate or
supporter of the WFA?
There are two ways you can apply to do that:
1.
Download two forms [see
below]. One is a one-page application form, the
other is a questionnaire and pledge form.
(The
questionnaire/pledge form is 3-4 pages, depending on what sorts of
things you produce/sell/distribute).
