"We are proud to be members of WFA (long may it continue!), and to know that we are not alone in our concerns and goals. We also know that you work fantastically hard in pursuit of WFA goals and are very grateful for all you do on the members behalf."

Tom Gabriel, Devon.

"We think you do a terrific job at a time when more than ever we need to reconnect ourselves to our land and reconsider our relationship with it.  I feel thankful to the Wholesome Food Association for the messages you convey and enabling us to join a larger community of like-minded people."

Lisa Guy, Cornwall.

"I personally feel the WFA is the way forward.  I think it’s a great idea.  Well done for all your work."

"The WFA started in 1999 in Devon as an organisation to promote small scale local sustainable food production and to encourage people to produce and sell locally. All members sign a pledge to follow the ideals and to operate an open door trust policy. No expensive inspectors just other members and your customers coming to see where their food comes from and who produces it.

Phil and I have been members for four years and have watched the group grow but unfortunately not here in West Wales. Sky McCain was one of the founder members and has become a member of the Dyfed Smallholders Group.

This is what prompted me to write and tell everyone about this inspirational man and the association he fronts. We have meet Sky a couple of times and he really cares about food and the way we live and is extremely knowledgeable about all things environmental but is practical enough to realise that smallholding in hard work with few financial gains.

I would suggest when you get a moment you look up the website  and read all the group and how it could help you."

Maureen Robinson, Ceredigion.

"Our membership of the WFA is proving very successful, We have customers for our produce at the renowned Ashburton Cookery school, the local health food shop (the Ark) and a weekly delivery round to customers in Ashburton and Buckfastleigh."

Jonty and Carol Williams, Devon.

"Hollies Farm B.B. has been awarded a Silver award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme. It is in recognition of our efforts for eco friendly tourism, running our B.B. in an environmentally friendly way.  Being a member of Wholesome Food Association was some thing that gained us points, so a big thank you for all the hard work you put in to keep the association going."

Jan Wakefield, Shropshire.

"Thank you both for your positive and supportive communications. We can only do the work we’re doing because of the ideas, support and inspiration that we receive from you."
